Ingredients
- Plain butter milk -2cup (1: 5; yogurt: water)
- Mustard seed -1 pinch
- Fenugreek -1 pinch
- Turmeric powder - ¼ teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Chopped ginger - ½ teaspoon
- Cumin seeds - 1 pinch
- Coconut Oil - 1 teaspoon
- Curry leaf - few
- Water - ¼ cup
Method of preparation:
- Heat a vessel with coconut oil.
- When the oil gets heated add mustard, fenugreek and Cumin.
- When mustard is crackled add ginger, turmeric, add some warm water to boil for few seconds.
- Remove the pan from the flame, add buttermilk, and curry leaf and salt.
- Stir well cool it and serve.
Caution: Avoid if you feel acidity, when too hungry and also if there are bleeding issues.
